Clear coverage for qualifying whole-home rodent exclusion work—and added value if the home changes ownership.
What it means
Protection tied to the work we performed.
If rats or mice re-enter through an entry point that Top Tier repaired or sealed under a qualifying whole-home exclusion agreement, we will inspect the affected area and correct the covered exclusion work at no additional charge, subject to the written warranty.
The warranty may transfer to a new homeowner when the transfer requirements in the agreement are completed.

Third-party changes
Damage or alterations by roofers, plumbers, HVAC contractors, remodeling or other third parties may fall outside coverage.
Property conditions
Open doors, pet doors, vegetation contact, disasters and structural movement may be excluded under the agreement.
Written terms control
The signed warranty and project scope define final eligibility, coverage, exclusions and transfer requirements.
