Rodent inspection
The inspection is free. We evaluate visible activity, accessible attic or crawlspace conditions, exterior entry points and the scope required to solve the problem.
Rat or mouse removal
Cost depends on the species, activity locations, number of service visits, access conditions and whether removal is paired with exclusion.
Structural exclusion
Pricing depends on the number, size and location of entry points; roof and foundation access; required materials; and whether the scope covers a localized area or the whole structure.
Attic or crawlspace cleanup
The affected square footage, accessibility, amount of droppings and nesting debris, sanitation needs and condition of existing insulation determine the scope.
Insulation restoration
Pricing varies with removal volume, disposal requirements, attic access, preparation work, insulation type and installed coverage.
